Amendment — Proposer updates the draft with agreed changes.
Decision Method — Choose one: simple poll (majority), consensus check, or council vote. State method in the proposal.
Implementation — Assign owners and timeline; publish results in Voting & Results.
Review — Revisit implemented items after 30 days for feedback.
