    Process:

    • Submit a Proposal — Use the template below and post in Governance Hub > Proposals.
    • Discussion — Open debate for 7 days (extend by consensus).
    • Amendment — Proposer updates the draft with agreed changes.
    • Decision Method — Choose one: simple poll (majority), consensus check, or council vote. State method in the proposal.
    • Implementation — Assign owners and timeline; publish results in Voting & Results.
    • Review — Revisit implemented items after 30 days for feedback.

    Proposal template:

    • Title: [Proposal] Short title
    • Summary: One-line goal
    • Problem: What we solve
    • Proposal: Concrete steps (who, what, when)
    • Decision method: Poll / Consensus / Council vote
    • Timeline: Key dates
    • Owners: People responsible
    • Metrics: How we’ll know it worked

    Participation rules:

    • Be concise and respectful.
    • Cite relevant posts or resources.
    • If you’re undecided, explain concerns rather than downvoting.
    • Use tags: proposal, discussion, urgent, policy.

    Quick roles:

    • Proposers — submit and update drafts.
    • Reviewers — discuss and suggest edits.
    • Implementers — carry out approved actions.
    • Council (optional) — tie-breaks and oversight.

    Use this hub to coordinate transparent, community-led choices.
