Amendment — Proposer updates the draft with agreed changes. Decision Method — Choose one: simple poll (majority), consensus check, or council vote. State method in the proposal. Implementation — Assign owners and timeline; publish results in Voting & Results. Review — Revisit implemented items after 30 days for feedback. Proposal template: Title: [Proposal] Short title Summary: One-line goal Problem: What we solve Proposal: Concrete steps (who, what, when) Decision method: Poll / Consensus / Council vote Timeline: Key dates Owners: People responsible Metrics: How we’ll know it worked Participation rules: Be concise and respectful. Cite relevant posts or resources. If you’re undecided, explain concerns rather than downvoting. Use tags: proposal, discussion, urgent, policy. Quick roles: Proposers — submit and update drafts.
